Being a Good Steward

In November 2008, all 2nd graders in our school district were tested for the gifted and talented (MERIT) program for next year. We got the results on Friday, and Faith Wrenn has qualified for MERIT! Good job, Wrennie!!! I am proud of you for working hard in school!

It is my prayer that MERIT will challenge Faith Wrenn and provide an outlet for her creativity and hands-on learning style.

God has called each of us to be good stewards of what He has given to us. Very often, we just think about this in terms of money and material possessions. But, we should honor Him with EVERYTHING He has entrusted to us, including our time, talents, abilities, etc. Oh, how I pray that Faith Wrenn will learn this and live this for God's glory - sooner rather than later!

God has incredible plans for you, Faith Wrenn Swicegood (Jeremiah 29:11)!!! Just trust Him and follow Him - no matter what!
